Qualifikationen

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Background in extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Sonesta service in all interactions with guests per standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean and service rooms or areas per standards: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete; report rooms unable to be serviced.
• Operate laundry: monitor supplies, run washers/dryers, inspect linens, fold/store.
• Minimize waste and assist with deep cleaning as needed.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions; handle lost and found items.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other shifts and management.
