Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in our hotels. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, restock supplies, and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms to standard including changing linens, making beds, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Replenishes supplies and articles in rooms and bathrooms.
• Cleans corridors and stairways and maintains cleanliness of public areas and restrooms.
• Removes trash and maintains supply carts in an organized state.
• Reports maintenance-related problems to the appropriate department.
• Maintains a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
