Viceroy Hotels in Santa Monica is seeking a House Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of guest areas and assist with delivering items to guestrooms. You will follow safety guidelines and help ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, reporting damages, and supporting housekeeping operations to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and cleanliness standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues professionally.
• Clean designated areas, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
• Stock supplies, transport items, and report damages to supervision.
