TownePlace Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport is seeking a Room Attendant to join Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including floors, beds, linens, and bathrooms, while providing excellent guest service.

Role requires responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and working shifts that may include weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is helpful, with strong endurance for standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel setting or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Pay range: $16.50- $17.50

What You Bring

Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality.
