Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for the dual-branded campus at Hotel Citrine Palo Alto (Tribute Portfolio and AC Hotel Palo Alto). You will clean and service guest rooms, restock amenities, and maintain brand standards to ensure a pristine guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and stayovers to brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities.
• Clean bathrooms and sleeping areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and safety before guest arrival.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate dept.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and with urgency.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.

The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant supporting the dual-branded campus of Hotel Citrine Palo Alto, Tribute Portfolio and AC Hotel Palo Alto. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of boutique-inspired hospitality and modern European design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, visitors, and local community.

As a Room Attendant, You'll:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and stayover rooms in accordance with Marriott brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest room amenities.
• Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, sleeping areas, and guest touchpoints to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and brand presentation standards before guest arrival.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, urgency, and a service-first mindset.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in an organized and well-stocked condition.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and security procedures.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Engineering, and fellow Curators to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Support sustainability initiatives and operational efficiencies throughout the campus.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
