Coury Hospitality is seeking a Bell Attendant for the dual-brand campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, CA. You will deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences, assist guests with luggage, and guide them through hotel amenities and campus features.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the first and last impressions for guests by delivering arrival and departure experiences.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation requests.
• Escort guests to rooms and highlight hotel amenities and campus features.
• Deliver guest requests, packages, messages, and amenities promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and area points of interest.
• Work with Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor reflecting Marriott brands.
• Uphold guest privacy, confidentiality, and security procedures.

The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Bell Attendant supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of luxury hospitality and modern European-inspired design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, and visitors from around the world.

As a Bell Attendant, You'll:

• Serve as one of the first and last impressions for our guests by delivering exceptional arrival and departure experiences.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation requests with care and efficiency.
• Escort guests to their rooms while highlighting hotel amenities, services, dining venues, and campus features.
• Deliver guest requests, packages, messages, and amenities promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and area points of interest.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor that reflects the standards of both Marriott brands.
• Uphold guest privacy, confidentiality, and security procedures at all times.
• Support lobby presentation and arrival areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and visitors.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull guest luggage and hotel equipment.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
