Overview: The Room Attendant maintains clean, attractive guestrooms and provides courteous, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
2. Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping carts.
3. Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
4. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
5. Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
6. Replenish chemical bottles.
7. Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisors.
8. Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
9. Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience beneficial.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
