Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and deliver exceptional service. You will change linens, restock supplies and respond to guest requests with a friendly attitude.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work holidays and weekends. Training is provided, and the team supports a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate with guests.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull heavy carts.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned and make beds.
• Change linens and clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop and trash removal.
• Restock amenities and organize guest supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
