Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms. You will clean rooms as assigned, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless, while replenishing amenities and responding to guest requests.

Strong attention to safety and a commitment to excellent guest service are essential, with duties including cart organization and regular reporting of issues to management.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Hours: Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Physical: Must be able to push/pull lift minimum of 50 lbs.
• Physical: Able to push/maneuver cart up to 250 lbs.
• Physical: Able to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make the beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Load and organize cart and store properly at end of shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures.
