Role Overview

Maintain hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests, associates, and vendors.

Responsibilities

1. Clean bathroom, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
2. Follow cleaning procedures and instructions for cleaning agents.
3. Strip and make beds, change linens (lifting up to 50 lbs).
4. Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
5. Vacuum rooms and empty trash cans.
6. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
7. Sign for room keys, retrieve, restock carts, and inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance.
8. Be punctual and available to work regularly.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead, and work in confined spaces.
2. Team player willing to assist colleagues.
3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
4. Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
5. Effective communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
