Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards
2. Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
3. Follow all safety and security procedures
4. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, and surroundings
5. Stock rooms with amenities such as soap, tissues, and glasses
6. Identify and report guest items left behind
7. Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
