A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for:

1. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
3. Performing deep cleaning tasks as required.
4. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
5. Disposing of trash and recyclables appropriately.
6. Responding to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
7. Performing guest turn-down service as needed.
