Role Overview

As a vital member of our Housekeeping team, you will deliver outstanding guest services, creating a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their rooms, you will ensure they feel relaxed and comfortable.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement, ensuring complete satisfaction.
2. Handle the prompt return of lost items left behind in the hotel.
3. Prepare carts with supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned rooms.
4. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing linens and towels, paying attention to detail.
5. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Hotel Specific Details

• Wage: $16.00 per hour

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Clean a minimum of 13 rooms per day within deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
