You will work with a focus on detail, efficiency, and discretion, supporting a boutique hotel experience. This role requires flexible availability, weekend/evening shifts, and clear communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and cleanliness standards.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Basic English communication; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Respond to all guest inquiries promptly.
• Service an assigned number of guest rooms in the time allotted.
• Follow all room cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked supply cart.
• Check all equipment before and after use to ensure good working conditions.
• Remove In-Room Dining tables and trays from guest rooms.
• Follow all safety procedures when using chemicals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds.
• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
• The role may require extended periods of time on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.
• Clear vision is important for reading reports, analyzing data, and overseeing Concierge activities.
• Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
