Onni Properties LLC in Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and uphold our established cleanliness standards. You will transport supplies, replace linens, tidy bathrooms, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining security of keys and equipment.

In addition, we offer:Generous PTO Plan401(k) employer matchReferral programFree on-site parking or commuting supportHotel discount at various propertiesAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000Residential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employmentWhat Will You Do?Cleans guest rooms as assigned.Monitors and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Uses correct cleaning materials for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.Transports cart with cleaning supplies, guest room amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely. provides cleaning service to designated rooms on assignment sheet: empty trash containers and ashtrays; remove all dirty terry and replace with clean par to designated layout; replace soiled bed sheets and make bed with clean linen; cleans kitchen and sets lighting and thermostat to designated levels.Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations.Resolves guest housekeeping complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
