Job summary

Onni Group in Seattle is seeking a House Attendant to maintain lobby, corridors, and common areas, assist with laundry, restock linen, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the property. You’ll support room attendants and follow housekeeping policies while providing friendly guest service.

We offer a pay rate of $23–$24 per hour, generous PTO, a 401(k) match, on-site parking or commuting support, hotel discounts, and an annual education allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic reading skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains lobbies, guest corridors and assigned areas of the property.
• Collects dirty linen from Room Attendants and delivers to the laundry for cleaning.
• Supplies clean linen to Room Attendants.
• Collects and disposes of trash and recycled materials collected by Room Attendants and throughout the hotel.
• Sweeps and vacuums carpets.
• Polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Maintains cleanliness and re-stock all storage rooms with required linen and supplies.
• Assists in laundry room with washing/drying, folding, ironing, and stocking shelves of linen.
• Assists in property/guest room deep clean process and the movement/arrangement of furniture.
• Follows company Housekeeping Policy as stated.
• Adheres to company Lost and Found policy and procedures.
• Follows and maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Reports maintenance issues to Housekeeper Manager by completing a work order.
• Conducts self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.
• Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintains working carts clean and organized all the time.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
