Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for Doubletree by Hilton San Antonio Airport. You will clean, restock and present rooms to exacting standards, ensuring guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, handling lost and found items, and maintaining pristine public spaces. A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential for delivering standout service.

Competenze

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Flexible availability.

Mansioni

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role
