Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is looking for a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public spaces at Embassy Suites Lexington Green in Lexington, KY. You will restock supplies, handle linens, and ensure rooms meet high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:
