• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Ensure all guest rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for arrival.
• Clean and maintain hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces throughout the hotel.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and supply closets.
• Assist with laundry operations as needed.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to management.
• Report and properly handle all lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to provide an outstanding guest experience.
