Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Troy is seeking Room Attendants to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming. You will clean and prepare guest rooms to Hilton standards and maintain public areas with care.

No hotel experience? No problem — we provide training. This full-time role supports a team-focused environment and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You must be able to stand for long periods and be available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail.
• Availability to work weekends (required).
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests and colleagues.
