Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico, located along Bahia Beach, invites applications for a Room Attendant who will maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms and residences. This Full Time, rotating schedule role is essential to delivering luxury, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will work with the housekeeping team, ensure towels, linens, and amenities are replenished, report maintenance issues, and add thoughtful touches to elevate the guest experience at Four

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Strong commitment to service and guest satisfaction.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the guest room for arrival and daytime service.
• Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Make bed. Vacuum carpet and clean marble and tile areas.
• Remove room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Replace used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry.
• Remove garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Submit maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to Engineering through designated work systems and notify Housekeeping management.
• Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. For example; microfiber cloth, bookmarks, cable ties, etc.
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

About The Role:

The Room Attendant is a vital member of the housekeeping team, who collectively is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all guest rooms and residences throughout the hotel and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare the guest room for arrival and daytime service.
• Remove dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Remove Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Replace used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar with clean china , glasses and cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry.
• Remove garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of the Housekeeping management.
• Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. For example; micro fiber cloth, book marks , cable ties, etc.
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, sugar,etc .

What You Bring:

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.
