Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites, and public areas to Faena’s luxury standards. This role directly impacts the guest experience by ensuring rooms are immaculate, well-stocked, and welcoming, upholding the visual identity and reputation of Faena New York.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $30.00 plus tips.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms according to daily assignment sheets and Faena service standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock amenities, minibar items, and supplies as directed.
• Ensure rooms reflect luxury-level cleanliness, detail, and organization.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest belongings with care and respect privacy.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
• Follow chemical handling protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in deep cleaning, seasonal projects, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel housekeeping preferred.
