Description

The 33 Hotel NYC has an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic, and customer service-oriented individual to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial profitability.

Compensation

$16.80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Maintain and transport housekeeping supplies daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Respond promptly, friendly, and efficiently to guest requests.
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Guest Room Attendant.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This description covers essential functions but is not all-inclusive. Duties may change at the discretion of the company. This is an at-will employment position. For NYC applicants, the expected hourly range is $16.00 to $17.00, depending on experience and other factors.
