The Goodtime Hotel is a newly developed mixed-use project designed by Morris Adjmi and Ken Fulk, offering over 45,000 SF of ground floor retail space in the heart of Miami Beach. The modern storefronts can accommodate configurations from 500 to over 5,000 SF, with frontages along Washington Ave., 6th St., and 7th St., providing unparalleled branding exposure to millions of tourists annually.

Overview

The Room Attendant services guest rooms, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning process aligned with all Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.

Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms on a regular, daily schedule.
2. Remove trash and dirty linen from public spaces, hallways, and rooms.
3. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and closets, including vacuuming.
4. Restock cleaning and sanitization supplies such as bleach, mops, wipes, and brooms.
5. Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
6. Ensure overall cleanliness satisfaction for rooms, public spaces, and guest touchpoints.
7. Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
8. Clean and sanitize according to CDC and brand standards.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
2. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
3. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude towards employees and guests.
