Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards
• Ensure rooms are stocked with linens, towels, and amenities
• Follow safety and security procedures
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and surroundings
• Identify and report guest items left behind
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
