The Broadmore Miami Beach is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual for the position of Housekeeper at our StepStone Hospitality managed hotel. This candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong proficiency in multi-tasking. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities of the Housekeeper include but are not limited to:

1. Report to the Housekeeping Office at the beginning of the shift, pick up and sign out the key, and return the key when reporting back to the office at the end of the shift.
2. Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights and television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room supplies.
3. Report any items missing from rooms and suites.
4. Report all items in need of repair to the supervisor and maintain equipment used in work.
5. Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers. Keep all doors closed when cleaning for safety and security purposes.
6. All lost and found items are to be taken to the Housekeeping office as soon as they are found.
7. Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
8. Ability to accurately report information.
9. Follow all safety training to maintain proper health, including techniques for bending, stretching, arm movement, and lifting.
10. Scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
11. Attend required meetings.
12. Minimum lifting of 20 pounds, with pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity.
13. Hearing, writing, and reading abilities.
14. Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
16. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
17. High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required.
18. Additional language ability is a plus.
