Job summary

Longboat Key Club is seeking Room Attendants to maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail. You will clean rooms, change linens, stock supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests to uphold our high service standards.

The role includes benefits such as health, dental and life insurance, a 401(k), free meals on shifts, free parking, and resort discounts. Weekend availability is preferred to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
• Ability to move, lift, push and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock and transport housekeeping supplies daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Inspect delivered goods for standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
