Job summary

Olde Naples Hotel is hiring Room Attendants to join a dedicated team. This full-time position requires open availability Monday through Sunday, and fluency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus. Benefits include comprehensive insurance options, free meals on shift, parking, and resort discounts.

You will clean and prepare guest rooms, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests with care. Join a team that values its associates and strives to uphold high service standards in a resort

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must speak English; bilingual is a plus.
• Open availability Monday-Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned: beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and politely.
• Inspect deliveries to rooms/departments to ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
