Position Summary: The primary duties include cleaning guest rooms and public areas—sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, and mirrors. In guest rooms, responsibilities include replacing linens, replenishing amenities, making beds, and responding to guest requests and complaints.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
