Location Description

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. Named the "Jewel of the Desert" since 1929, this 39-acre resort reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration. It features over 700 rooms, 200,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, a gelato shop, and in-room dining.

Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms and suites, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure standards are met.

Duties

Clean rooms/suites as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks.
Report rooms as clean and available.
Report maintenance deficiencies.
Strip linens/towels and remove used amenities.
Check and restock maid carts.
Greet guests warmly and promptly.
Replenish linens and amenities.
Clean balconies, if applicable.
Respond to guest requests for amenities or services.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Assist co-workers as needed.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The shift is the AM shift, starting at 7:30 am Monday-Friday and 8 am on weekends.
