Hilton Garden Inn Wailua Bay by Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas. You will restock rooms, replace linens, manage trash and coordinate with supervisors to ensure every room is guest-ready and welcoming.

The role emphasizes a service-focused approach, flexible availability, and adherence to safety with chemical handling knowledge. Compensation is $26.00 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, meeting high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify supervisor of missing items or maintenance issues for next guest preparation.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to make guests feel valued.
• Follow pre-cleaning duties like stocking carts with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets organized and vacuumed for guest readiness.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay: $26.00 Per Hour

Your Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
• Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
