Job summary

Performance Hospitality Management (PHM) in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure spotless guestrooms and friendly service. You will refresh rooms, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues while upholding safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities include cleaning, linen replacement, safety compliance, and maintained back-of-house organization. Priority given to detail, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Follow written/verbal instructions and SOPs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable; team-first attitude.
• Basic English required; bilingual preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Guestroom Care: Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms per SOP and inspection standards.
• Linen & Amenities: Replace linens/terry; restock amenities and supplies.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report defects via radio/CMMS; tag rooms out-of-service when needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Use chemicals safely; follow PPE, OSHA, SDS, privacy, and key-control policies.
• Cart & Storage: Keep carts stocked and organized; maintain back-of-house areas.
• Public Areas: Support hallway and lobby touch-ups to maintain cleanliness.
• Documentation: Complete daily room credits, checklists, and lost & found procedures accurately.

The Room Attendant ensures a spotless, comfortable stay for every guest.
