Performance Hospitality Management (PHM) is hiring a Room Attendant for Courtyard by Marriott Orlando, FL. You will clean and refresh guestrooms to brand standards, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and deliver friendly, efficient service with pride in every detail.

This full-time position offers opportunities to grow within PHM properties, a supportive team, and a focus on guest satisfaction through meticulous cleaning, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (will train reliable candidates).
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and SOPs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable; team-first attitude.
• Basic English required; bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays; good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Guestroom Care: Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, balconies/kitchenettes where applicable) per SOP and inspection standards.
• Linen & Amenities: Replace linens/terry; restock amenities, coffee/tea, and collateral; follow par levels and sustainability guidelines.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report defects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furniture) via radio/CMMS; tag rooms out-of-service when needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Use chemicals/equipment safely; follow PPE, OSHA, SDS, privacy, and key‑control policies.
• Cart & Storage: Keep carts stocked and organized; maintain clean closets/back‑of‑house areas; minimize waste and breakage.
• Public Areas (as assigned): Support hallway/lobby touch‑ups to ensure consistent cleanliness.
• Service Mindset: Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and elevate concerns to leadership.
• Documentation: Complete daily room credits, checklists, and lost & found procedures accurately and on time.
