Lark Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas pristine and inviting on a fast-paced Cape Cod property. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, ensuring a warm atmosphere for guests and a smooth operation during weekends and peak season.

The role emphasizes active, hands-on cleaning, laundry duties, and guest interactions, with opportunities for growth within hospitality operations and a supportive, boutique hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Comfortable standing, lifting linens and supplies, and performing physical tasks.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred during peak season.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

• Clean and reset guest rooms to boutique hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces.
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests throughout the day.

• Support team operations during busy weekends and peak season periods.
• Report maintenance concerns or guest requests promptly.
