Our intimate 21-room boutique hotel, located steps from the beach and downtown Cape Cod attractions, is looking for dependable, guest-focused Room Attendants to join our team for the season. We are continuing to build a strong local team that returns year after year and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful hospitality and attention to detail.

Position Overview

Room Attendants play a key role in the guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and creating a warm atmosphere for guests visiting Cape Cod.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms to boutique hotel standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces throughout the property
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests throughout the day
• Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Help maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies
• Support team operations during busy weekends and peak season periods
• Assist with light kitchen or breakfast service tasks when needed
• Report maintenance concerns or guest requests promptly

Qualifications

• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, lifting linens/supplies, and performing physical tasks
