The Coonamessett on Cape Cod is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public spaces clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.

In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment you will clean rooms, handle laundry, engage with guests, and support peak-season operations while upholding boutique hotel standards and a warm guest experience.

Weekend availability is preferred, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for returning seasonal work year over year.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Room Attendants play a key role in the guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and creating a warm atmosphere for guests visiting Cape Cod.

Pay range $20-22

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms to boutique hotel standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces throughout the property
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests throughout the day
• Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Support team operations during busy weekends and peak season periods
• Report maintenance concerns or guest requests promptly
