DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, providing attentive service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and lift throughout shifts, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Weekend and holiday availability is required with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Formación

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops.
• Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and questions.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.
• Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.
