Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel is hiring a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests. You will clean rooms, replace linens, and ensure supplies are stocked while upholding Loews’ standards of comfort and quality.

You will work with a team to deliver exceptional service, maintain a professional appearance, and follow safety procedures. Prior cleaning experience and basic English are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or resort environment experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

Your Qualifications Include :

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
