Our client, a leading hospitality provider, is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. As a Room Attendant, you will be part of the housekeeping department supporting a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Room Attendant

Location: Birmingham, AL

Shift: Day shift, daily scheduled hours may vary daily

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed to enhance guest experience.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Previous commercial housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or hospital housekeeping experience is required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
