Job summary

The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta is seeking a dependable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide professional service.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
• Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
