Job summary

Legacy Ventures in Atlanta is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas clean and welcoming at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown. You will service rooms daily, replenish supplies, and uphold hotel standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and good communication with guests and team members. Training and growth opportunities exist within our hospitality division.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms per shift according to standards.
• Set up cleaning carts with supplies and linens before cleaning.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure hallways, public areas and closets are clean and vacuumed.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Follow procedures outlined by Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
