The Room Attendant is responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with guests and housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork and the ability to perform daily tasks are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
2. Cleaning and arranging guest rooms for arrival.
3. Cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel.
4. Performing laundry duties as necessary.
5. Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms.
6. Providing high levels of customer service at all times.
7. Assisting guests with requests and questions.
8. Reporting damages or repairs needed to management.
9. Reporting lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
