Job Title: Room Attendant

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests and housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork and the ability to perform daily tasks are essential for success within the department.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
2. Prepare guest rooms for arrival, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
3. Maintain cleanliness of common areas of the hotel.
4. Perform laundry duties as necessary.
5. Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
6. Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
7. Assist guests with requests and questions.
8. Report damages or repairs needed to management.
9. Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
