Job summary

The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta is seeking a dependable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Atlanta, GA. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, stock supplies, and ensure safety and comfort for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
• Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
