Job summary

Sheraton Suites Galleria, Atlanta is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to join our newly renovated hotel. You will support the housekeeping team by delivering linens and supplies, maintain cleanliness in public areas, and respond to guest requests with courtesy.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, daily pay options, tips, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred

• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts
• Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of responsibility
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment through cleanliness and professionalism
