AEC Solar Energy Corp is expanding and seeking Rooftop Solar Technicians to join our Albany, NY team. You will install PV systems on residential and commercial sites and help with roof- and ground-mounted racking, ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in solar, roofing, electrical, or general construction preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights (rooftops, ladders).
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying conditions.
• Positive and clear communication style; strong team collaboration.
• NABCEP certification or similar is a plus, but not required.

We are hiring 6 new team members for our Roofing, Electrical, and General Construction Crews. As a Lead Foreman or a Crew member / Installer, you’ll help manage and execute residential and commercial solar and storage projects—ensuring each system is built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday — Friday
• Optional Saturday Overtime Available
