Job summary

AllSeason Solar & Roofing is seeking an installer to support the crew lead in residential grid-tied solar system installations. You will communicate status to operations and help ensure safe, complete installations of solar arrays.

The role demands physical work including climbing and lifting, with mandatory safety practices. Responsibilities include assembling modules, mounting hardware, documenting work, and attending training sessions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year roof work, general construction, or carpentry required.
• Previous solar experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, high roofs).
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs and rooftops for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Layout and assemble solar modules and mounting hardware.
• Mechanical mounting of racking and electrical equipment.
• Document completion of installed systems.
• Clean up of job site and safety compliance.
• Attend mandatory training on products and safety.
