Dear Charlotte is a new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination in Charlotte's Steele Creek area. We seek servers to deliver elevated hospitality, guide guests through menu and beverage selections, and create memorable experiences in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.

• Strong menu and beverage learning ability.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, high-energy hospitality to every guest.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and menu selections.
• Develop strong knowledge of the menu, cocktails, wine, and overall concept.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining environment.
• Support private events and special experiences as needed.
