Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown is seeking a warm, guest-focused Restaurant Server to join Parks Hospitality Group’s team. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and ensure seamless service while maintaining a polished dining area.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of serving experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle busy periods with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and attentiveness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests; refill beverages.
• Answer menu and dietary questions knowledgeably.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely, accurate orders.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and dining area setup.
