Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or refills.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and dining area setup.
